Plaques offered by the Tennessee Historical Commission do not follow the more popular National Register Plaque wording. This application also has an example image of their plaque.
Standard and customized National Register Plaques are also available from the Erie Landmark Company and should ship within a reasonable timeframe. These plaques follow the more popular wording.
