National Register Plaques can be ordered from the Tennessee Historical Commission.  Plaques offered by the Tennessee Historical Commission do not follow the more popular National Register Plaque wording.  The application can be viewed and printed by clicking on the following link:  Tennessee Historical Commission National Register Plaque Application.  This application also has an example image of their plaque.

Standard and customized National Register Plaques are also available from the Erie Landmark Company and should ship within a reasonable timeframe.  These plaques follow the more popular wording.  An example of a customized plaque (with original homeowner and build date) can be seen by click on the following link: Customized National Register Plaque.
